How Much Will a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Cost?

A rhinoplasty, also known as a nose job, is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world. Many people want to reshape, resize, or change the contours of their noses. However, you may not feel ready for surgery or have time for recovery afterward. If this sounds like you then a non-surgical rhinoplasty might offer the nose you want with no surgery or recovery.

What is a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

Dr. Dohner performs a non-surgical rhinoplasty using the dermal filler Restylane®. This dermal filler uses hyaluronic acid, a clear colorless molecule found in the skin. Its cross-linked formula gives it resilience and firmness to use for reshaping the nose. A non-surgical rhinoplasty can give you a nose more proportionate with the rest of your face. It can also make your nose look straighter, smooth out a bump, or improve symmetry.

When injecting the nose we are trying to make your nose not ‘stand out’ from the rest of your face but rather blend in. Also an interesting phenomena is that even though we had a small amount of filler to your nose, it actually looks smaller!

How Much Will a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Cost?

The cost for a non-surgical rhinoplasty will be different depending on where you live and your provider’s pricing. The complexity and amount of filler needed for your procedure also affect your final cost. Nationwide, prices range from $600 to $1500. You should consider that if you want to maintain your results, you may have to repeat the procedure yearly.

How Long Will a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Last?

When used for a non-surgical rhinoplasty, Restylane® can last six to eighteen months but most people will see their results last about a year. You can have yearly maintenance treatments to keep your new nose for as long as you want. Because a non-surgical rhinoplasty is not permanent, it lets you test out how you will feel about your changed appearance.

What Results Will I See With a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

You can see results immediately after your injections, but you will see your final results after two weeks. A non-surgical facelift cannot provide the dramatic reshaping of a surgical procedure, but it can smooth, sculpt, and balance your nose for a more symmetrical, attractive appearance.

Is There Any Downtime With a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

While a surgical rhinoplasty would require several weeks of healing, non-surgical rhinoplasty has no downtime. You can return to your usual activities, although you may have some redness or bruising around your nose. This will resolve without treatment in a day or two.

Am I a Good Candidate for a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

If you want to see changes to the appearance of your nose but do not want to have a surgical procedure, a non-surgical rhinoplasty might make a good option. Hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane® are FDA-approved for enhancing facial volume.
